Reporting into the COO, this role will work closely with our fee earners, supporting the smooth running of client matters through document management, legal systems, online portals and general administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to lawyers across all departments
- Managing legal documents, correspondence and client files
- Supporting with digital filing, document preparation and case management systems
- Assisting with legal portals including HM Land Registry, Lender Exchange, HMRC SDLT and Companies House
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, legal or office support role (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
- A proactive, professional and team-focused approach
