👀 The Role
Title: Corporate & Commercial Paralegal
Team: Legal
Salary bands: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Candidate must be within commutable distance of Leeds
We’re looking for a commercially minded Paralegal to join our growing Legal team and support the business across corporate governance, commercial contracting, promotional compliance, and operational legal projects. This role offers broad exposure across an ambitious, scaling international business and is ideal for someone looking to deepen their legal expertise within a highly regulated digital industry.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Legal and gain direct exposure to strategic projects, commercial negotiations, international expansion initiatives, and legal operations improvements while helping build scalable legal foundations for the company’s next stage of growth.
You will:
- Support corporate governance and company secretarial administration across multiple entities
- Maintain statutory registers, Companies House filings, and corporate records
- Prepare board packs, resolutions, and meeting minutes
- Review and draft promotional terms and conditions for marketing campaigns
- Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including NDAs and supplier contracts
- Conduct legal and regulatory research across gambling, corporate, and data protection matters
- Manage legal documentation and contract management systems
- Support due diligence and corporate restructuring projects
- Assist with legal operations improvements and AI adoption initiatives
- Partner closely with Compliance, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams
The next Midniter:
- Has prior Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience within a corporate or commercial legal environment
- Understands company secretarial and corporate governance processes
- Has strong drafting and proofreading skills
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Can balance legal risk with commercial practicality
- Communicates clearly with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
- Thrives in fast moving environments with multiple priorities
- Has a genuine interest in gambling, gaming, fintech, or digital consumer businesses
