📍 Preston (Hybrid Working)

Are you looking to start or develop your career within property law and conveyancing? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Paralegal to join our Property Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an in-house legal team, working alongside experienced legal professionals and developing your knowledge of property and conveyancing matters.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Legal team with day-to-day legal administration
  • Assisting with the review of title documents
  • Preparing and submitting electronic discharge documents
  • Supporting the progression of cases
  • Assisting with the management of third-party conveyancers
  • Building your knowledge of conveyancing and property law

What We're Looking For

  • An interest in property law and conveyancing
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous administration or legal administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
