Our firm is seeking a Paralegal to join our dynamic team specialising in personal injury cases, based at our Dorking offices.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will assist in our broad range of fast-track personal injury cases, including:
- Road traffic accident claims
- Employers’ liability claims
- Occupiers’ liability claims
- Public liability claims
- Motor Insurance Bureau claims
- Uninsured claims
- Crime Victim Compensation Authority claims
- Package holiday claims
- Clinical negligence claims
- High-value claims

Key Responsibilities
As a Paralegal, you’ll support our team by:
- Gathering and document client information
- Communicating with third parties and insurers
- Submitting claims and managing casework
- Obtaining medical records and scheduling exams
- Drafting legal correspondence for parties involved
- Handling cases where liability is admitted
- Navigating our case management system and portals

Requirements
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with:
- Problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Strong organisational capabilities (balancing attention to detail while prioritising workload)
- Clear, persuasive communication skills
- A team player attitude outlook
While personal injury experience is advantageous, it’s not essential.
