Commercial Contracts Paralegal | London & Hybrid Opportunities
We are looking for experienced Commercial Contracts Paralegals to join our network for a range of exciting opportunities with leading law firms and in-house legal teams.
If you have at least 12 months' experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, we'd love to hear from you.
We work with an impressive range of clients, from boutique, US, and international law firms to banks, financial institutions, technology companies, media businesses, pharmaceutical organizations, and other global brands. New opportunities arise throughout the year, with assignments ranging from short-term projects to long-term contracts and permanent positions.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience of:
- Commercial agreements
- NDAs
- Service agreements
- Supplier and procurement contracts
- General commercial contract review and drafting
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and organized approach
An LLB, GDL, or SQE1 is advantageous, although your commercial contracts experience will be the key factor.
