Job Title
We require, for our Buxton office, a full-time paralegal to work in our Conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors.
- Conducting searches and handling post-completion work.
- Providing excellent client service and administrative support.

Requirements
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
