W&P Partners Legal Recruitment has partnered with several well-established regional law firms across Kent, all seeking motivated Paralegals to join busy teams spanning Commercial, Real Estate, and Private Client.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career legal professionals with at least a year's experience to build on their foundation and gain broader, hands-on exposure across multiple practice areas within supportive, high-performing environments.
About the Roles
As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to solicitors across a variety of matters.
Responsibilities
- Assisting fee-earners with case preparation, document management, and legal research
- Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and forms
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Supporting client meetings and helping with day-to-day case administration

About You
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, organised, and keen to progress their legal career. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 1 year's paralegal or relevant commercial experience
- A genuine interest in Commercial, Real Estate, or Private Client work
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
