Description
Role Purpose
This full time role is suitable for a commercial real estate paralegal seeking an opportunity to join a busy in house legal team within the commercial property industry.
Key Accountabilities
- Handle commercial real estate letting transactions;
- Prepare, review and complete commercial tenancy agreements;
- Deal with preparing and checking Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 contracting out documentation;
- Liaise with in house legal team, internal clients and external customers to ensure smooth transactions;
- Research and provide legal advice on property law;
- Participate in team meetings;
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations;

- Experience in commercial real estate letting transactions and a good working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954;
- An understanding of the basics of property law;
- Ability to draft and review tenancies and other legal documents;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Collegiate and can-do attitude;
- A law degree or equivalent qualification and previous relevant paralegal experience;
- High levels of motivation and be able to work independently and as part of a team;
