Paralegal - Casualty London (Fixed Term Contracts)

Why join us?

We’re currently recruiting 15 Paralegals to join our London based Casualty team on a fixed term basis, with immediate starts available.

The Casualty team handles a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including Employers’ Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Abuse claims, with case values ranging from small claims to high-end fast track.

The primary focus of these roles is to assist the team with a specific task on a major piece of litigation, making it particularly well-suited to a law graduate or someone keen to gain practical exposure to casualty and personal injury work in a leading legal environment.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend our London office a proportion of the week.

PLEASE NOTE: The piece of work needs to be completed in line with a deadline of the end of October 2026, as a result the length of each individual’s contract will be determined by their availability to start.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the team with a major piece of litigation, including reviewing, organising and preparing documents.
  • Supporting case preparation across a varied caseload of Employers’ Liability, Public Liability matters.
  • Managing and maintaining case documentation and electronic filing systems.
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure disclosure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the wider Casualty team as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
