Our client, a specialist boutique law firm based in London, is seeking a Property Paralegal to join their busy real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial and residential property matters within a close-knit, high-quality practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
- Conducting due diligence, including title investigation and searches
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfers, and completion documents
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process
- Managing Land Registry applications and post-completion formalities
- Assisting with SDLT returns and other regulatory filings
- General file management, including opening and closing files in line with the firm's compliance procedures

Candidate Requirements

- Previous 1+ years of experience as a paralegal in a property/real estate team (boutique or mid-size firm experience preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work well under pressure
- Proficiency with case management systems and Land Registry portals
- A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
