Paralegal (Corporate), 12 months previous experience, Suffolk, GBP 25,000+ (DOE), SQE Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in corporate law, working alongside experienced solicitors on a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role

If you’re eager to broaden your expertise and develop your legal career within a supportive and collaborative team, this could be the perfect next move.

  • You’ll become an integral part of the firm’s corporate team, assisting on a wide range of transactions for businesses of all sizes.
  • Your work will include supporting solicitors on matters such as company acquisitions and disposals, share transactions, corporate restructuring, due diligence, drafting legal documentation, and preparing transaction bundles.
  • This position offers excellent exposure to quality work and the opportunity to learn from experienced lawyers in a friendly and encouraging environment, making it an ideal role for someone with ambitions to progress towards qualification.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a Corporate team.
  • Practical experience supporting corporate transactions, including business and share sales and acquisitions.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, with the confidence to build positive working relationships.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while working effectively as part of a close-knit team.
