This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal looking to develop their career in a leading Personal Injury firm, while gaining exposure to both high-value and cross-border work.
The Role
You’ll join our specialist Cross Border team, where your role will be split evenly between supporting on complex, high-value cases and managing your own caseload of fast-track Personal Injury claims with an international element. This balance offers a unique opportunity to build both technical expertise and case ownership from the outset.

In your day-to-day work, you will:
- Assist on high-value, complex cases alongside experienced colleagues
- Manage your own caseload of cross-border Personal Injury claims
- Support with calculating special damages
- Represent clients at hearings
- Communicate directly with clients and witnesses
- Undertake legal research and drafting
- Attend court hearings and joint settlement meetings
This role offers a varied and hands-on experience, with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop across different areas of litigation.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Has experience in travel and tourism claims or personal injury claims
- Produces accurate work with a strong attention to detail
- Works independently while also contributing effectively in a team
- Has an interest in developing knowledge of cross-border claims
