The Role
As Paralegal you will become an integral member of the London team, undertaking all facets of administrative and legal casework as directed by your direct report and other firm solicitors.
Role Responsibilities
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Assist with case preparation/progress to include general administrative duties and legal support as directed.
- Telephoning clients to obtain case details, drafting attendance notes and emails to clients as well as maintaining client records.
- Research of developments in any of the matters in which we are working including prospective cases and providing written summaries.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records and files within our case management systems.
- Accurate time-recording.
- Collaboration with our Client Services Team in relation to our clients and prospects including gathering and interrogation of client data and drafting communications to clients.
- Data management and manipulation.
- Support direct report and other solicitors with ad hoc duties as required.

Person Specification
- Previous experience of working as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Highly organised with excellent planning skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding analytical, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet multiple, tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment with consistently high levels of performance.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to embrace change.
- Client-centric approach, ensuring exceptional standards of professionalism at all times.
- MS Office skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
