An excellent opportunity has arisen for a paralegal who is passionate about the claimant side of employment disputes.
The Role
You will be working directly with a talented partner as his number 2 and duties will include:
- Liaising directly with clients
- Conducting the initial merits assessment
- Preparing first drafts of letters of intent
- Preparing first drafts of settlement agreements
- Drafting communication to barristers
- Conducting legal research
- Managing costs and billing

The Requirements
As this is a fully remote role and you will have a high level of autonomy it is anticipated you will have at least 12 months experience in employment law on either the claimant or respondent side.
Although the partner is based in London, you can be based anywhere in the UK.
There are great prospects for progression via the SQE route if you would like.
