Cardium Law is a dynamic and forward-thinking litigation firm based in the heart of London. Established in 2017, we specialise in high-stakes Construction, Business and Financial disputes. We are a paperless, carbon-conscious office, driven by innovation and technology.
We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join one of Cardium’s highly active litigation teams. You will work alongside experienced litigators on complex High Court disputes, providing support across a range of commercial litigation matters while developing your practical litigation skills and gaining increasing responsibility as your experience progresses.
As a candidate, you should have:
- A strong interest in developing a career in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- An understanding of the civil litigation process and an interest in gaining experience in High Court disputes.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working in a legal or professional services environment is desirable, with previous paralegal or litigation experience advantageous.
- Confidence using Microsoft products and willingness to learn legal research and practice management systems.
- Familiarity with Practical Law, Westlaw or similar legal research platforms and an understanding of the White Book is desirable.
- The ability to work effectively, collaboratively and proactively as part of a team.
