We are looking for a paralegal to join our Employment Legal Team based in Osterley.
You'll be part of a growing team and provide complete support on employment legal matters to Sky's UK&I workforce base of over 30,000 people. You will have a particular focus on managing Sky's employment tribunal caseload with a team of paralegals and legal counsel - with significant responsibility and autonomy over decision making on cases, and opportunities to develop stakeholder management and advocacy skills.

What You'll Do
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law.
- Carry out employment tribunal work
- Support to the team on other employment matters
- Provide support to HR on employment queries
- Support with training and legal updates

- Employment law experience within a highly regarded law firm or equivalent in-house

How You’ll Work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
