Paralegal Role in Clinical Negligence Team
We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in Manchester.
Role Description
This is a phone-based position, and entails taking instructions on the phone from new potential clients regarding their clinical negligence claims.
- You will be confident and professional on the phone
- Control the call, offer the customer support as well as be empathetic
- Gather the necessary information and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and handle sensitive information regarding customer’s claims
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience/interest within a variety of matters in Clinical Negligence, such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, along with misdiagnosis
- Basic understanding of the framework of clinical negligence law
- Passion for this area of law
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- A graduate or GDL background is required
Working Hours
- Alternating shifts – 8am – 4pm/10am – 6pm
