Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal Location: Bury Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 DOE Full Time | Office Based

An established and well regarded law firm based in Bury is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal to join their growing property team. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing who is confident managing files with supervision and supporting on a busy caseload from instruction through to completion.

The Role You will be supporting the conveyancing team on a broad range of residential property matters including: Sales and purchases Freehold and leasehold transactions Remortgages Transfers of equity New build matters Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors Preparing legal documents and progressing files efficiently
