We're seeking a motivated Paralegal to join the team.
Our Fraud team is known for handling a variety of intricate cases across the insurance sector, making us the preferred choice for clients looking for innovative and practical solutions. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, working on fraud cases both pre-litigated and litigated for a wide variety of clients.
The position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with the expectation to be in the Liverpool office two days per week.

Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of defendant motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution.
- Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
- Maintaining accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
- Liaising with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
- Collaborating with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
- Researching to support legal strategies and case development.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Experience handling or assisting on litigated personal injury or fraud matters (motor experience desirable).
- A strong understanding of the CPR and civil litigation process.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong drafting skills.
- Confidence in working to deadlines and managing a varied caseload.
- A genuine interest in insurance fraud and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
