Paralegal
Paralegal – Legal Team (Titan Wealth)
About the Role
Titan Wealth is a progressive wealth management business providing advice-led financial services across the UK and internationally. Our model focuses on delivering efficient, fair, and long-term solutions to help clients and advisers achieve their goals.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. This dynamic role supports the Group Legal Team, enabling advisers and clients to fulfil their ambitions through structured, high-quality legal support.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Coordination Support
- Manage the Group Legal Team’s diary, scheduling, calendars, and coordinate internal/external communications
- Handle correspondence and direct responses with attention to detail
- Legal Documentation & Contracts
- Prepare, review, and file contracts (e.g., customer agreements, NDAs, other commercial documents)
- Assist with legal research to support the team’s decisions
- System & Process Management
- Become a super-user in vendor management systems and intranet tools
- Maintain case logs, files, and litigation documentation
- Training & Reporting
- Support the development of legal training materials, reports, and management insights
- Contribute to operational improvements through process reviews and training
- Compliance & Client Relations
- Ensure adherence to **FCA’s Treat Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and Regulatory Compliance Codes (RCR)
- Participate in document execution processes (contracts, NDAs) under structured policies
- Financial & Vendor Liaison
- Assist with invoicing and financial-related duties
- Serve as a liaison with vendor teams to ensure optimal system functionality

Essential Requirements & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) with adaptability in engaging with internal/external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Self-motivated, well-organised, with initiative—foreground strategic problem-solving where applicable
- High level of MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OnePlanner)
- Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively with legal teams, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional groups
- Suppport financial regulations/compliance with adherence to FCA’s TCF principles
- Demonstrates professionalism, proactivity, and a developmental mindset with an interest in legal processes
Experience & Qualification Preferences
- Degree-level qualification (2:1 or above) for academic background (legal/expertise not mandatory)
- Legal degree + Legal Practice Course (LPC) preferred; experience in paralegal roles highly advantageous
- Familiarity with workplace challenge in a regulated financial environment desirable.*
Key Commitments
FCA Compliance Mandate
- Identify deviations from FCA regulations, including consumer duty and TCF/RCR principles
- Implement performance enhancements in applying fair practice frameworks

Working Arrangements
- Hybrid model: Onsite attendance required 3 days per week (flexible, ensuring core team presence daily, including every second Monday for meetings).
