German Speaking Paralegal – Contract Role (Ongoing Short-Term Contract Assignments)

We are seeking a German-speaking Paralegal to join a busy legal team, providing high-quality support across a broad range of legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive legal professional who is confident working in an international environment and can use their German language skills to support cross-border legal activities.

The successful candidate will assist with general paralegal duties, including legal research, document review, contract support, preparation of legal documentation, maintaining legal records, and supporting lawyers with day-to-day matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide paralegal support across a variety of legal matters
  • Review, draft, and manage legal documents and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries
  • Support contract review and administration processes
  • Assist with document management, reporting, and legal operations tasks
  • Communicate with German-speaking stakeholders and assist with German-language documentation
  • Work collaboratively with internal legal teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) are essential
  • Previous experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator, or within a legal environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience supporting commercial, corporate, regulatory, litigation, or general legal matters is desirable

This role would suit a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in an international environment and can bring both strong paralegal capability and German language expertise to a growing legal function.
