Built on modern, cloud-native technology, Bank of London exists to help the next generation of fintechs and businesses deliver game-changing financial products and services. We provide clients with secure, API-driven banking that's fast, compliant, and built for growth in today’s digital economy. Our role is simple: help ambitious businesses turn their plans into reality by removing technical barriers, accelerating time to market and simplifying complexity.

We're also a bank in an active, high-profile phase of regulatory engagement - and that's precisely what makes this such a rare opportunity. Our Legal team sits at the centre of it, giving paralegals genuine exposure to complex, real-world regulatory and governance matters from day one, and a pace of learning and responsibility that's hard to match at more established peer banks.

If you want to work where technology meets banking, where security comes first, and where you'll grow faster by taking on real responsibility in a live regulatory environment, you're in the right place.

Office Location: London | Hybrid (3 days in office per week) | Salary range: £40,000-£45,000

Who we are looking for

Bank of London is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organised Paralegal to support our Legal Department in managing a broad range of corporate legal matters. The role will report to the General Counsel, supporting day-to-day legal operations, corporate governance, investor relations, contract management and negotiation, compliance, and regulatory matters.

We welcome applications from recent graduates and early-career candidates who are keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Prior paralegal experience is desirable but not strictly required - the ideal candidate is proactive and eager to take on new challenges, with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to learn quickly, utilise technology and prioritise effectively as needs change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
