Paralegal - Healthcare Regulatory

Department: Health Care and Public Law (London and Southampton)

Employment Type: Permanent

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join its leading Health Care and Public Law Team. This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare regulatory matters, supporting lawyers who advise providers and commissioners on complex legal issues in London. Perfect for an organised, detail-oriented professional with an interest in healthcare regulation.

Previous paralegal experience is welcome but not essential—what matters most is enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to grow within our dynamic team.

  • Engaging with clients, courts, coroners’ offices, and counsel on a day-to-day basis.
  • Managing disclosure processes in various legal settings.
  • Taking comprehensive notes during meetings and court hearings.
  • Efficiently managing case files, ensuring smooth litigation progression.
  • Coordinating meetings (internal and external) for lawyers and clients.
  • Producing routine correspondence, template court forms, and professional statements.
  • Supporting client information management and system data accuracy.
  • Accurately logging time and assisting with billing and matter documentation.
  • Preparing court bundles for litigation support.
  • Conducting legal research under supervision.
  • Contributing to knowledge management, training materials, and business development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
