The Vacancy
Are you a real estate or commercial property paralegal who loves the fast pace of property deals?
We're looking for a proactive, detail-orientated Paralegal to join our Legal Admin team. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day in-house property leasing process that supports the Sales, Renewals, and Centre Management Teams in completing new lettings and lease renewals.

What You'll Be Doing Day To Day
- Draft and produce leases, summaries, and legal notices from start to finish
- Handle lease negotiations directly with tenant representatives and find smart solutions for complex clauses
- Look after landlord and tenant documentation
- Assist with Land Registry searches

What We're Looking For
- Law degree, post-graduate legal qualification
- Proven experience of drafting lease documentation and negotiating lease clauses
- Proven experience dealing with Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
