Paralegal - International Arbitration - US Law Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal to join the London office of a leading US law firm with a highly regarded global disputes practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border arbitration matters alongside market-leading lawyers within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team across all stages of arbitration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the management of international arbitration cases from inception through to conclusion Preparing, reviewing and organising bundles, pleadings and hearing materials Managing large volumes of documents and coordinating document production exercises Supporting with filings, legal research and case administration Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and external vendors where required Assisting with hearing preparation, including virtual and in-person hearings Maintaining matter trackers, deadlines and case documentation

Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 12 months’ prior experience within international arbitration Experience gained within a recognised law firm environment, ideally within a US or international firm Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment Full right to work in the UK is essential
