Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting solicitors with Court of Protection, Mental Health, Family Law, and Civil Litigation cases.
- Attending clients in hospitals, care homes, supported living placements, and their own homes.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, social workers, advocates, family members, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing Court of Protection applications, witness statements, legal correspondence, and case documents.
- Maintaining accurate case files and assisting with case management.
- Supporting best interests decision-making processes and safeguarding matters.
- Providing a professional, compassionate, and client-focused service.

About You:
- Previous Paralegal experience is essential, specifically in Mental Health or Court of Protection.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Highly professional, empathetic, and able to work with vulnerable clients and their families.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with LEAP case management software is desirable.
- Proficient in Italian or Portuguese language is desirable.

Salary: negotiable depending on experience
Full-time, hybrid and 37.5 hours per week.
