What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Assist with the preparation or review of reports on title and certificates of title
- Draft facility and security documentation based on client templates
- Manage the process for satisfying conditions precedent on financing transactions
- Coordinate clear document management, including preparing and maintaining records
- Support with post-completion formalities, including land registrations and SDLT returns
- Provide excellent client service
- Ensure deadlines are met and the quality of work is maintained
- Offer additional support to fee earners and the team on more complex matters (with supervision)

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:
- Paralegal experience (preferably property or banking-related), along with the desire to work in our Islamic Finance team. Specialist IF experience is not essential.
- Ambition and drive, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Excellent clear, concise, and effective written communication skills**, along with great attention to detail
- A commercial, client-focused approach with confident, professional internal and external client-facing skills
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
