Paralegal – Civil Litigation & Fraud (12-Month Contract)
London | Full-time
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud team on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile disputes with an international dimension.
The Role
You will provide dedicated support on a significant case, working closely with fee earners and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing court bundles and trial documentation
- Supporting hearings and trial logistics, including coordinating transcribers
- Managing document filing and retrieval
- Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties
- Drafting research notes and legal memoranda
- Taking detailed notes during meetings and conference calls
- Providing general administrative and case support

About You
- Minimum of 1 year’s paralegal experience within litigation
- Strong academic background (Law degree or GDL with LPC/BPTC preferred)
- Experience working on large, complex litigation matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, positive approach and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
