Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Altrincham. We are seeking an experienced and proactive paralegal to join our busy Commercial IP and Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong experience supporting fee earners across a broad range of matters.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting matters throughout their lifecycle, assisting with commercial transactions, intellectual property matters and dispute resolution cases. You will help ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural requirements and transactional milestones, while delivering exceptional client service and administrative support to the wider team.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law and understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Solid Research skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and summarize legal and factual information.
  • Prior experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Paralegal certificate, law degree, or equivalent legal training.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with legal case management systems and standard office software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain high professional standards.
