Paralegal
What you’ll do
Our Dispute Resolution and contentious Data Protection team is looking for a Paralegal to join our Bristol office on a full-time and permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate, someone looking to take their first step into a legal career, or an experienced paralegal to develop within a supportive and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide support across a variety of dispute resolution matters, with a particular focus on:
- Data protection disputes
- Subject Access Requests (SARs)
A key part of the role will involve:
- Coordinating and responding to SARs
- Reviewing documentation
- Managing large volumes of information
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring legal and regulatory deadlines are met
Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will:
- Assist with document review exercises
- Conduct legal research
- Draft correspondence
- Prepare bundles
- Maintain case files
- Support the day-to-day management of matters
You will also gain broader exposure to dispute resolution work and develop a strong understanding of:
- Processes
- Client service

- Strong organisation

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
You will play an important part in helping the team deliver:
- An efficient and high-quality service to clients
- Development of valuable legal and professional skills

- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities, often to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, confident in producing accurate work
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
