About Trinity International LLP
Trinity International LLP is a specialist international law firm advising clients on complex cross-border transactions and disputes. With deep expertise across project finance, energy and infrastructure, corporate M&A and commercial disputes, Trinity partners with leading financial institutions, developers, sponsors, governments and corporates to deliver commercially focused legal solutions across emerging and developed markets.
Much of Trinity’s work involves complex multi-jurisdictional matters, often in emerging markets, requiring close collaboration with local counsel and international stakeholders. Trinity is known for its collegiate culture, intellectually demanding work and genuine commitment to developing its people.
As a boutique firm with a relatively flat structure, Trinity offers motivated juniors meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to partners and senior lawyers, and the opportunity to work closely with clients, counterparties and advisers from an early stage.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team and support lawyers across our core practice areas: Financing, Project Development, Corporate and Disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or experienced paralegal looking to build their career in a dynamic, international law firm environment.
You will work directly with partners and associates, playing an active role in the delivery of client matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational ability, sound legal instincts, commercial awareness and the drive to take on increasing responsibility over time. This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to be in the office 4 days a week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
