Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related real estate or commercial property
- Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk
- Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
- Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management
- Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department

What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- A genuine interest in developing a career in law, ideally within Real Estate
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with documents and information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable
- Law degree (LLB/LLM) or equivalent legal qualification
- Previous legal experience (including internships, placements or work experience)
- Exposure to or interest in Real Estate / Commercial Property law
