As a Paralegal, you’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one - playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related real estate or commercial property
  • Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk
  • Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
  • Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management
  • Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • A genuine interest in developing a career in law, ideally within Real Estate
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with documents and information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable

  • Law degree (LLB/LLM) or equivalent legal qualification
  • Previous legal experience (including internships, placements or work experience)
  • Exposure to or interest in Real Estate / Commercial Property law
