Paralegal - Real Estate - Premier City Law Firm
An outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal to join a top-tier city law firm advising on some of the most complex and high-value real estate transactions in the market.
The Role: Supporting on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, joint ventures and financings Drafting and reviewing complex legal documentation, reports on title and transaction deliverables Conducting detailed title investigations and managing large-scale due diligence exercises Liaising directly with clients, lenders and international stakeholders
