About the Role
We’re seeking a Legal Administration & Operations Paralegal to join our Group Legal team (based in the UK, but supporting our global business).
This role is both highly visible and strategic, offering exposure across the business and unparalleled growth opportunities.
Core responsibilities:
Company Secretarial & Governance
- Prepare Board and committee packs, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Manage our entity governance machinery, from documentation to corporate record-keeping.
- Oversee our shared company secretarial inbox, ensuring timely responses to stakeholder requests.
Legal Operations & Process Excellence
- Lead process improvements, including automation and workflow optimisation across platforms (e.g., Jira, DocuSign).
- Migrate key data and contracts into our contract management system.
- Act as the primary liaison for non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Develop and implement policies and AI-driven process improvements.
Contracts & Commercial Support
- Assist in legal reviews (finalization and negotiations) for:
- Commercial agreements
- Software/service contracts
- Marketing services agreements
- Manage compliance and data privacy, including automating assessments.
AI & Continuing Growth
- Harness AI to enhance productivity, insights, and process design—for example, drafting communications or analysing workflow data.
- Understand when and how to prompt AI tools effectively and critically evaluate their output.
- Embrace ethical AI use, especially with sensitive data and customer-facing functions.
- Collaborate to identify practical ways AI can benefit your work and the wider team.
Fun fact: Prior experience with Claude (Anthropic) is a plus—your enthusiasm for AI experimentation matters more.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who excels in balancing legal rigor with operational agility. Ideal candidates bring:
Essential:
✔ Relevant legal or paralegal experience (studied or practised). ✔ Governance experience—preparing Board packs, managing entity records, handling company secretary tasks. ✔ Strong command of legal operations technology (e.g., LawVu, Jira, DocuSign, contract management systems). ✔ Ability to revise/comment on commercial agreements with supervision. ✔ Attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to prioritise across multiple stakeholders. ✔ Collaborative problem-solving—bridging silos, sharing knowledge, and driving cross-functional processes.
Desirable but Not Mandatory:
🔹 Recent experience in payments, fintech, or financial services sectors. 🔹 Abilities to engage proactively with AI tools in your work, e.g., generating insights or drafting content.
Printers may press their capabilities in AI, but full practical experience isn’t essential if your mindset is adaptable.
