Senior Paralegal / Solicitor – Confidential Search
We are managing a confidential search for an experienced Paralegal or Solicitor to support a high-net-worth individual based in London.
This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone with strong legal experience, excellent judgement, and the ability to manage a varied and sensitive workload with complete discretion.
The role will involve:
- Supporting a HNW individual with a broad range of legal, administrative, and private client matters
- Reviewing, drafting, and managing legal documents, correspondence, and agreements
- Liaising with external legal advisers, accountants, banks, and other professional advisers
- Managing deadlines, documentation, records, and confidential information
- Providing clear and practical support across personal, property, commercial, and private affairs
- Handling sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement

The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years’ experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, or Solicitor
- A background in private client, family office, property, commercial, corporate, or general legal support
- Excellent drafting, organization, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Experience supporting senior individuals, partners, executives, entrepreneurs, or HNW/UHNW clients
- A calm, discreet, and highly professional approach
