About The Role
We're looking for a Paralegal to join our Band 1-ranked Agricultural Litigation team in our Bristol office. Working closely with our partners and experienced colleagues, you'll become part of a friendly, collaborative team with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of agricultural litigation matters.

Role
In this role, you'll support on a varied caseload, with a particular focus on agricultural property disputes. Your work will include:
- Supporting Fee Earners and client relationships by managing communications, monitoring emails, calls and post, responding or progressing matters as appropriate, maintaining CRM data, chasing actions, and assisting with ongoing projects
- Administrative duties such as diary management, document production, file management, bundling billing support, and financial processing
- Conducting legal research to include using the Land Registry website
- Supporting on landlord and tenant disputes, ownership disputes, trusts of land, possessions claims, and access conflicts
- Utilising case management, IT and accounts systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and high presentation standards
Whilst this role is based in Bristol there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners based at our other offices.

- Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Paralegal in a Litigation team is highly desirable but not essential
- Law degree, and LPC/SQE is desirable or equivalent work experience
- Strong interest in Property/Agricultural Litigation
