Paralegal - Transactional - US Law Firm
Transactional Paralegal – Corporate, Banking & Finance US Law Firm | London
Our client, a leading US law firm with a prominent London office, is looking for a driven Transactional Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior paralegal to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of high-value transactions, working closely with senior lawyers on complex cross-border deals.
The Role Draft and review transaction documentation including loan agreements, facility agreements, security documents, and corporate ancillaries Manage closing checklists and condition precedent satisfaction across multiple simultaneous transactions Assist with corporate due diligence, including reviewing constitutional documents, board minutes, and company searches Liaise with clients, counterparties, and third-party service providers such as banks, agents, and registrars Support regulatory and Companies House filings, including UCC and PPSR searches where required on cross-border matters

About You Up to 2 years' paralegal experience gained at a US law firm, elite international law firm, UK Silver Circle or Magic Circle Some familiarity with debt finance structures, corporate transactions, or secured lending Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels
