Paralegal – Transactional

Location: London
Working Model: Hybrid

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its highly regarded Funds, Finance and Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside market-leading lawyers on complex, high-value transactions for a diverse client base, including private equity houses, financial institutions, investment funds and multinational corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with a broad range of corporate, finance and funds transactions.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, transaction bibles and ancillary documentation.
  • Managing due diligence exercises and coordinating document reviews.
  • Supporting deal execution, closings and post-completion matters.
  • Liaising with clients, counterparties and external advisers.
  • Maintaining transaction records and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

About You:

  • Previous paralegal experience within Corporate, Banking & Finance, Funds or a related practice area.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Looking to build a long-term paralegal career within a top-tier law firm.
