Paralegal - UK Law

Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor About the Company Our client is a fast-growing UK-based legal services provider focused on delivering affordable, accessible legal support to individuals and small businesses. Currently in a scale-up phase, the company is expanding its reach to make high-quality legal assistance more widely available across the UK. Job Summary We are hiring a Paralegal with strong knowledge of the UK legal system to support client onboarding and lead qualification. This is a unique remote legal support role that combines client-facing communication, lead generation, and onboarding. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their legal needs, qualifying them, and guiding them through onboarding into the appropriate services. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach and follow-ups with prospective clients Qualify leads and assess client needs (target: 20+ qualified leads per month) Manage inbound and outbound client calls professionally Take clear, structured notes on client cases and requirements Onboard new clients and guide them through next steps in the process Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g. Go High Level) Communicate effectively via phone, email, and WhatsApp Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handover Qualifying law degree (non-negotiable) Strong understanding of the UK legal system / common law Excellent spoken and written English (clear, professional communication) Proven client-facing experience with the ability to confidently manage conversations Experience in lead qualification, sales, or client onboarding roles Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Go High Level) Previous exposure to UK legal work or UK-based clients Strong note-taking and case documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM tools for client communication 💰 Competitive salary: Based on experience and seniority 🌎 Flexible work environment ⚖️ Work with international legal teams and gain global exposure 📈 Long-term career growth in legal operations and compliance 🚀 Structured onboarding and ongoing training support 🎯 Performance-based incentives and recognition
