Our partner is looking for a Paralegal with a passion for customer service (LegalTech) based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to combine legal expertise, technology, and customer engagement in a fast-growing environment.

You will support clients by helping them navigate legal processes and maximize the value of innovative LegalTech solutions.

The position blends legal drafting, customer success, technical support, and problem-solving responsibilities.

You will act as a key connection point between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth experiences and strong relationships.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will support customers throughout their journey by combining legal knowledge, operational excellence, and strong communication skills. You will help deliver accurate legal solutions, resolve customer needs, and ensure clients successfully adopt and benefit from the platform.

  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with requested specifications.
  • Prepare legal documentation for review and approval before delivery to clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, account management, and platform-related questions with a focus on providing timely and effective support.
  • Assist customers with technical setup processes, including configuring connections between their source code management platforms and ensuring proper administration.
  • Support sales activities by engaging with prospects, answering questions, and providing guidance through email and website communication channels.
  • Prepare customer reports based on provided information, ensuring insights are accurately documented and clearly communicated.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality.
  • Act as a trusted customer advocate by identifying challenges and helping users achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented professional who combines legal understanding with strong customer service abilities and an interest in technology-driven solutions.

  • Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, customer success specialist, or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong ability to draft, review, and organize legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Interest in LegalTech, SaaS platforms, and technology-enabled legal services.
  • Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Comfortable using modern digital tools such as Google Docs and web-based platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
  • Experience working with companies across different industries or business sizes is a plus.
