Paralegal - Knowledge and Innovation
Boutique Law Firm
London
A really exciting opportunity has arisen at a boutique law firm for a paralegal to support the knowledge and innovation lawyer.
The Role
The role will be varied and include:
- Legal research
- Managing precedents, templates, and standard clauses
- Preparing know-how briefings
- Horizon scanning and monitoring key legal and regulatory developments
- Assisting with organizing client events
- Assisting with research into and the implementation of tech and AI platforms
- Liaising with third-party providers and testing tools and AI prompts
- Managing the admin relating to the tech and AI subscriptions
- Assisting with BD tasks including preparing pitches and responding to tenders
- Assisting in preparing submissions to Chambers and The Legal 500

The Requirements
It is anticipated you will have a law degree / GDL / SQE1 and will either be an experienced know-how paralegal who has experience with legal technology and AI.
