Are you a qualified Paramedic?
- Do you want to work for an organisation that respects, supports and helps develop all its staff?
Then Central Medical Services may be just the right organisation for you.
We’re currently recruiting Ambulance Paramedics for either front line roles or events.
How do you know if you’re suitable?
- You’ll be a fully qualified Paramedic with your professional HCPC Registration.
- You’ll be ready for your next move, to an organisation with a great culture, fun but professional with a strong client base.
- You’ll have a Blue Light Certificate and a full UK driving license with a minimum of two years’ experience. We can usually accept up to 6 points on your license, but this depends on what for.
What will you be doing?
We’re not going to list all the duties involved with the role as we expect you’re qualified, compassionate and fully understand the role of a Paramedic. But we do look to recruit those who have a positive approach and outlook, can deal with stressful and challenging situations and support and help colleagues in delivering first class medical care.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
