Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paramedic Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Practice at Perranporth Surgery.
The post-holder will work autonomously within a supportive GP practice environment while being fully integrated into the wider multidisciplinary team. The role supports the ongoing work to improve access to care and reducing GP workload, while delivering high quality, patient centred care.

- Undertaking home visits
- Care homes
