Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Work alongside a Financial Planning Director to deliver detailed, client-focused advice
- Prepare high-quality cashflow models, research, and suitability reports
- Contribute to technical discussions and strategy development within a leading planning team
- Attend client meetings and gain first-hand exposure to UHNW client relationships – should you want to
- Benefit from structured learning, exam sponsorship
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial planning reports and client recommendations to a high standard
- Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, taxation, and estate planning
- Support Financial Planning Directors in delivering advice and annual reviews
- Manage your own workload and maintain exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and best practice in advice delivery
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or within two exams)
- 2–3 years of paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and taxation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing professionally

Package
- Basic salary up to £47,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
- 10% employer pension contribution
