Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a technically capable Paraplanner who wants to further develop their expertise within a highly professional setting. You will gain exposure to complex financial planning work and be part of a business that values accuracy, integrity, and career development.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work alongside a Financial Planning Director to deliver detailed, client-focused advice
  • Prepare high-quality cashflow models, research, and suitability reports
  • Contribute to technical discussions and strategy development within a leading planning team
  • Attend client meetings and gain first-hand exposure to UHNW client relationships – should you want to
  • Benefit from structured learning, exam sponsorship

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial planning reports and client recommendations to a high standard
  • Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, taxation, and estate planning
  • Support Financial Planning Directors in delivering advice and annual reviews
  • Manage your own workload and maintain exceptional attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and best practice in advice delivery

About You

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or within two exams)
  • 2–3 years of paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and taxation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing professionally

Package

  • Basic salary up to £47,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
  • 10% employer pension contribution
