Paraplanner Salary: Up to £50,000 Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 day per week in Bristol office)
A growing and well-established UK financial planning firm is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to support its expanding advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and client-focused business that provides holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning. Working closely with Financial Planners, you will play a key role in the preparation of suitability reports, technical research and annual client reviews, helping to deliver high-quality and compliant advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters Supporting annual reviews and Annual Suitability Assessments Conducting technical research across pensions, investments and protection products Liaising with providers for policy information and illustrations Supporting advisers pre- and post-client meetings Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring FCA compliance Working closely with advisers, compliance and administration teams Assisting with ongoing improvements to paraplanning processes and templates
Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ paraplanning experience within a UK financial planning firm DipPFS qualified (or equivalent Level 4 qualification) Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection Experience producing compliant suitability reports Familiarity with industry systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
