If you're an experienced Paraplanner who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and wants to work for a modern, supportive and growing Financial Planning business, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
We're recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's most respected, Independent Financial Planning names, who are continuing to invest heavily in their Paraplanning function.
Their technical teams are highly regarded internally, with Paraplanners playing a central role in delivering exceptional client outcomes rather than simply producing reports.
You'll be joining a collaborative environment where your knowledge is respected, your opinion is valued and your career development is actively encouraged.
Whether your passion lies in technical research, cashflow modelling or producing high-quality suitability reports, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Financial Planners and help deliver truly holistic financial advice.

The Role
Working closely with a team of experienced Financial Planners, you'll provide first-class technical support and help deliver tailored financial planning solutions for a wide range of clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Producing detailed and personalised suitability reports
- Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
- Building and maintaining accurate cashflow models
- Preparing recommendations that support holistic financial planning
- Liaising with clients and professional introducers including accountants and solicitors
- Assisting with advice implementation and maintaining high compliance standards
- Supporting Financial Planners throughout the advice process from recommendation through to implementation
- Ensuring FCA and Consumer Duty principles remain at the heart of every client outcome
About You
You'll already have experience working as a Paraplanner within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment and be passionate about delivering exceptional technical work.

You'll Ideally Have
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Previous Paraplanning experience within an Independent Financial Planning or Wealth Management business
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and tax-efficient planning
- Excellent suitability report writing skills
- Experience using cashflow modelling software and financial planning technology
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to continue developing your technical expertise
