Senior Paraplanner — HNW Wealth Management, Complex & Technical Work

£50K – £60K Base + bonus and benefits + Chartered support | London (Hybrid)

Our client is a prestigious, boutique wealth management firm advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees on genuinely complex financial planning. They are looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner who wants to work on sophisticated cases — the kind of technical work that most paraplanning roles simply don't offer.

If you're the person your current team turns to when a case gets complicated, and you're ready for a firm where that expertise is properly recognised and rewarded, this opportunity deserves your attention.

Why This Role?

Roles at this technical level, with this calibre of client, rarely reach the open market. The firm's clients bring multi-layered planning needs — significant pension funds, trusts, IHT and estate planning, offshore considerations — and the Advisers treat their Paraplanners as technical partners, not support staff. Full Chartered sponsorship is on the table for those who want it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role

  • Producing high-quality suitability reports for complex HNW cases
  • Advanced technical research across pensions, investments, trusts, IHT, and tax planning
  • Detailed cashflow modelling and scenario analysis for long-term strategies
