Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join their growing financial planning team. This is a key support role, working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver high-quality advice to clients.

You will be responsible for preparing suitability reports, conducting research, and ensuring all recommendations meet regulatory standards.

Role & Responsibilities: 📋

  • Prepare accurate and compliant suitability reports
  • Conduct research and analysis on financial products (pensions, investments, protection)
  • Support advisers in developing financial planning strategies
  • Gather and maintain client information and fact finds
  • Liaise with providers, clients, and internal teams
  • Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations
  • Assist with cashflow modelling and financial planning tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and legislation

  • Previous experience in a Paraplanner or similar technical support role
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
