Job Description
This role is being advertised to build a talent pool for upcoming and future opportunities within our team. By applying, your details will be reviewed and kept on file, and a member of our recruitment team may contact you to discuss further about future opportunities with us.
What will you be doing?
This role would be working within the Financial Planning team, in which you will support 1-2 Financial Advisers with client meetings, including the presentation of cashflow and preparing responses and reporting on technical matters.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be To
- Prepare suitability reports across a wide range of advice types, financial products, and investment solutions
- Support financial planners with client meetings, including the presentation of cashflow and other duties such as preparing responses on technical matters.
- Carry out any necessary technical research
- Ensure client records contain sufficient Know Your Client (KYC) information to demonstrate the suitability of our advice, and that they are kept accurate and up to date at all times
- Ensure that the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner, mitigating any risks to the business and assisting with the achievement of business targets.
- Communicate effectively with the Financial Planners to manage expected delivery dates
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Hold CII Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma or above
- Have experience of paraplanning gained with proven solid technical knowledge
- Hold a track record of delivering written financial advice
- Have experience of completing suitability reports while researching and analysing products
- Strong knowledge of financial products
