Paraplanner — Award-Winning Wealth Management Firm, Full Study Support

£45K – £50K Base + bonus, benefits & funded exams | London (Hybrid)

Our client is a well-established, growing wealth management firm with an outstanding reputation for looking after private clients, professionals, and business owners. Due to a busy and expanding advice team, they are looking for a capable Paraplanner who wants to build a long-term career in a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

If you're a Paraplanner who's technically solid, takes pride in the quality of your reports, and wants a firm that will fund your exams and develop you towards senior paraplanning or Chartered status, this is a role worth a conversation.

Plenty of firms talk about development — this one delivers it. Every exam is funded, study leave is generous, and there's a clear internal framework for progression to Senior Paraplanner. The team is friendly and collaborative, and turnover is genuinely low, which tells you everything about the culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
